Mould: A Cheese Festival is a celebration of Australian artisan cheese, presented by REVEL (responsible for cult wine event Pinot Palooza) in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese.

The best producers from around the country, including Bruny Island, Yarra Valley Dairy, Grandvewe, Section 28, Shaw River, Tolpuddle, Tongola, That’s Amore and many more, will showcase their produce on the day, alongside bonus demonstrations, conversations and masterclasses.

In 2018, there will be three MOULD sessions to choose from in Melbourne – a Friday night session and two Saturday sessions. In Sydney, there’ll be two sessions.  By splitting the day into sessions, we are able to limit the capacity and reduce potential queues or wait times.


Alongside the best Australian cheeses, we’ll have the best Australian cheesemongers including Maker & Monger and Harper & Blohm serving up a range of cheesy dishes, alongside other providers selling breads, burgers – everything you need to get you through the day.


It wouldn’t be a REVEL event without a considered and well-stocked bar. To drink alongside all the cheese, we’ve got wines, whisky, beer and cider.

The ticket price includes a glass of wine (and wine glass to keep), as well as all cheese tastings.
