GIVE. ME. CHEESE!

Mould: A Cheese Festival is a celebration of Australian artisan cheese, presented by REVEL (responsible for cult wine event Pinot Palooza) in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese.

The best producers from around the country, including Bruny Island, Yarra Valley Dairy, Grandvewe, Section 28, Milawa, Tolpuddle, Section28, Nimbin Valley Dairy and many more, will showcase their produce on the day, alongside bonus demonstrations, conversations and masterclasses.

In 2019, there will be three MOULD sessions to choose from in Melbourne & Sydney – a Friday night session and two Saturday sessions, and 2 sessions in Brisbane. By splitting the day into sessions, we are able to limit the capacity and reduce potential queues or wait times.

Alongside the best Australian cheeses, we’ll have a fantastic selection of food from the likes of Blackbird, Bloodwood, Monster Rolls, The Fermentery, Fino Foods, Zero Olives & Salumi Australia serving up a range of cheesy dishes and everything else you need to get you through the day.

DRINKS

It wouldn’t be a REVEL event without a considered and well-stocked bar. To drink alongside all the cheese, we’ve got wines, whisky, sake, beer and cider.
