By splitting the day into two sessions, we are able to limit the capacity for each session and reduce potential queues or wait times.


Mould: A Cheese Festival is a celebration of Australian artisan cheese, presented by REVEL in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese.

The best producers from around the country, including Bruny Island, Yarra Valley Dairy, Grandvewe, Section 28, Shaw River, Tolpuddle, Tongola, That’s Amore and many more, will showcase their produce alongside cooking demonstrations, conversations and masterclasses.


Alongside the best Australian cheeses, we’ll have a range of more substantial dishes for sale to help get you through the day.


It wouldn’t be a REVEL event without a considered and well-stocked bar. To drink alongside all the cheese, we’ve got wines, whisky, beer, cider and more.

TICKET PRICE INCLUDES a glass of wine (and a PLUMM wine glass to keep!), as well as all cheese tastings.

REVEL reserve the right to check bags at security checkpoints prior to entry if deemed appropriate.

By entering the event you agree and consent to filming and photography by REVEL approved personnel. This content may later be used commercially for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes in Australia and internationally. If you do not wish to be filmed, email a clear photograph of yourself to in advance of the event detailing your name and the event that you are attending.

While alcohol is available for your enjoyment at the event, be aware of your limits and consume responsibly. We have a strict ‘no dickhead’ policy. Please don’t drink and drive. All our venues are within close proximity to public transport and are accessible to taxi services. Last pours will be at 3.45pm and 8.45pm to comply with licensing requirements.
