    Their Sydney debut was huge last year and no doubt replicate it in Brisbane this year!

    Cheese and olives. Kinda enough said really.

  • BEE ONE THIRD

    With 150 beehives under their stewardship across the East coast of Australia, Bee One Third - Neighbourhood Honey, strives to promote the well-being of all pollinators. Using age old beekeeping techniques, their honey is derived from some of Australia's most unique locations. 

  • CITY LARDER

    Bespoke Terrines, Pâté & Rillettes, City Larder have all of the things to bring your cheese plate up to 11.

    We simple love all that they do.

  • GIPPSLAND JERSEY

    Back by popular demand, Gippsland Jersey are bringing all their milkshakes to the Timber Yard!

    Plus, their incredible butter and a few extra little treats as well.

    Their milk is just the best!

  • MOO BEE

    Who doesn't love a little a little bit of soft serve ice cream? Especially when it's made with Gippsland Jersey Milk.

    PLUS, they've teamed up with local potato chip legends, CHAPPY'S, and loading them up with Stone & Crow cheese and more.

  • THE FERMENTARY

    All the delicious feerments from Kimchi, to sauerkraut to kefir and more.
    Sharon Flynn does it all.
    Plus, they're even doing they're famous toasties!

  • COBB LANE BAKERY

    With all this cheese, we're clearly going to need some bread so thankfully Cobb Bakery will have us covered.
    Bread aside, they're also bringing some of their delicious pastry treats

    Making their Festival debut, Continental Taralli are bringing all the Artisan Crackers & Biscuits.
