AUSTRALIA’S BIGGEST CHEESE FESTIVAL IS BACK!
After a sell out 2019 tour, MOULD – A Cheese Festival is coming back to Brisbane but this time, we’re going big.
More cheese and more sessions. Did we mention more cheese?
Mould – A cheese Festival celebrates the crumbly cheddar, gooey camembert and bitey blue by the best artisan producers from across the country. There is a great range of hand picked wine, beer, cider, sake and nibbles for you to enjoy between cheese tastes and to take home.
This event sold out last year so get your tickets quickly to avoid disappointment. Follow us on social for announcements such as the full producer line-up and masterclass times.
Presented by REVEL, the team behind cult wine event Pinot Palooza in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese Co. and Dairy Australia, MOULD will see Australia’s best cheesemakers and more come together for tastings, conversations, demonstrations and plenty of drinks.
To wash down all that delicious cheese, there will be heaps of wines, whisky, sake, beer and cider available to purchase at the bars.
MASTER CLASS SERIES
Want to get your cheese geek on? We’ll be running a range of classes throughout each session. Details and special access codes to come!
NOT JUST CHEESE
Alongside the best Australian cheeses, there will also be a full food program featuring dishes from local cheesemongers and others available to purchase. Vendors and menus will be revealed closer to the event.
