MARCH 26-28

John Reid Pavilion, Show Grounds

It is with much excitement, relief, and pure happiness that we can (finally) share with with you new dates for the festival you know and love.

It goes without saying this year has been a tough one, especially for those who bring people together, but with borders opening and restrictions easing, we can begin planning MOULD- A CHEESE FESTIVAL in earnest.

To overwhelming patience and support you’ve shown us will never be forgotten and it has honestly meant the world.

Thank you.

Even more good news is that session numbers will be restricted to adhere to social distancing and other covid requirements. And frankly, we think less numbers will actually create an even better event experience.

Please be assured, the health and safety of everyone who attends our events – our guests, our producers, our suppliers and our staff – remains our top priority. We will be strictly following government and public health organisations guidelines.

All pre-purchased MOULD tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot make the new date, you’ll have a few choices: you can use your ticket as credit towards one of our other REVEL events, use the value of your ticket towards a MOULD CHEESE COLLECTIVE box, or you can request a refund. Simply email us at [email protected]

Again, your patience and support has meant the world to us

After a sell out 2019 tour, MOULD – A Cheese Festival is coming back to Brisbane.

More cheese and more sessions. Did we mention more cheese?

Mould – A cheese Festival celebrates the crumbly cheddar,  gooey camembert and bitey blue by the best artisan producers from across the country. There is a great range of hand picked wine, beer, cider, sake and nibbles for you to enjoy between cheese tastes and to take home.

This event sold out last year so get your tickets quickly to avoid disappointment.  Follow us on social for announcements such as the full producer line-up and masterclass times.

Presented by REVEL, the team behind cult wine event Pinot Palooza in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese Co. and Dairy Australia, MOULD will see Australia’s best cheesemakers and more come together for tastings, conversations, demonstrations and plenty of drinks.

To wash down all that delicious cheese, there will be heaps of wines, whisky, sake, beer and cider available to purchase at the bars.

Want to get your cheese geek on? We’ll be running a range of cheese chats throughout each session.
Details and to come!

Alongside the best Australian cheeses, there will also be a full food program featuring dishes from local cheesemongers and others available to purchase. Vendors and menus will be revealed closer to the event.

Session numbers are strictly limited.

Ticket includes all cheese tastes and
wine glass to taste from and take home.
