Australia’s favourite cheese festival, MOULD, is back in BRISBANE, and we just can’t wheyt for you to join us!

MOULD brings together the best artisan producers from across the country for a day of cheese, wine, masterclasses and more.

Presented by REVEL (the team behind cult wine event Pinot Palooza) in partnership with Dairy Australia.
Last year, Mould guests enjoyed a mammoth one-million samples across three cities and took home over 3.5 tonnes of quality Australian cheese. 

Set your mind at cheese, and vote in real-time using a QR code for your favourite mouldy flavour of the festival. Submissions for the People’s Choice Award puts you in the running to win one of ten 12-month subscriptions to the Mould Collective – ensuring cheesy goodness all year round, delivered straight to your doorstep.

Want to get your cheese geek on? We’ll be running a range of conversations throughout each session.

NOT JUST CHEESE

Alongside the best Australian cheeses, there will also be a full food program featuring dishes from local chefs available to purchase. Vendors and menus will be revealed closer to the event.

All our venues are within close proximity to public transport and are accessible to taxi services. Last pours will be at 4.45pm and 8.45pm to comply with licensing requirements.
