Cost of shipping is calculated at check out

We use full cold chain delivery service to ensure your cheese gets to you in excellent condition. For postcodes out of those service areas, we use StarTrack’s premium overnight service.

Boxes are insulated with up-cycled Planet Protector wool lining and ice blocks to ensure the cheese is cool for up to four days in transit. Please ensure someone is home to collect (you’ll get a notification when it’s en route).

For all merch order with use Australia Post delivery. We dispatch once a week on a Monday.

'Sunrise' - Semi Hard, Raw Cow’s

Strictly seasonal Raw Milk Cheese is a special on from Section 28. Washed in lee’s from BK Wines’ Pétillant-nature for a minimum of three months to infuse the unique floral, fruity flavours of the Chardonnay grapes. The wash gives the Sunrise a golden rind with a fresh and fruity taste, which compliments the smooth, creamy paste and grassy, nutty flavour of the underlying cheese.

Milawa, (Waveroo) VIC
'Milawa Blue' - Blue, Cow

Inspired by Gorgonzola Dolce, this young blue is Milawa’s flagship cheese. It’s mild, it’s buttery and it’s been converting non-blue eaters since 1988. Enough said! Milawa continues to set the benchmark for Aussie cheese. Make sure you add their cheese room to your list of King Valley must-visits.

The Pines Kiama
Kiama (Tharawal), NSW
'Three Daughters Cheddar' - Cow, Cheddar 

With a nod to traditional cheddar making methods, cloth bound and sealed with Pepe Saya Organic Ghee before being matured for 12 months. The aim is to capture the essence of the ecosystem at The Pines. Gorgeous farmhouse flavours. Crumbly yet smooth with a sharp lactic finish.

'Black Magic' - Cow, White Mould

Black Magic is unique to Hunter Belle, a decadent triple cream brie with a centre of black fermented garlic. Sweet meets savoury, a hint of reduced balsamic vinegar with subtle garlic undertones. Baked brie but like next level!
