HEY TOMORROW WINE BAR
If you haven’t heard of Hey Tomorrow, we recon it’s high time you should. As they’re not only about delivering some mighty tasty wine, but are all about packaging wine in a more sustainable and environmental conscious way. This is very much in our wheel house and aligns with not just our values, but those of the producers we help represent as well.
For Hey Tomorrow, it’s this we means wine 2lt cask.
Each cask has 8 x lower carbon footprint than glass bottle equivalent. Add to that, 50% of profit goes to improving the future of our planet with our partners at The Carbon Farming Foundation.
As we say, this ticks a lot of (wine) boxes for us and we can’t wait to share it with you. Just check out the wine list from these incredible reputable producers.

LESS THAN ZERO
As much as we love the indulgence of a glass of wine, gin and tonic and or cheeky beer / cocktail, sometimes you want all the flavour and refreshment of such beverages, just without booze.
Low and Zero alc beverages have come up a quantum leap in quality and interest over the past few years so we’ve got a great little selection for you to check out on the day.
T.I.N.A
T.I.N.A is for occasions when you don’t feel like alcohol but you do feel like a good time. From dinner parties to those late nights that lead to unforgettable moments.
This is a complex and lightly sparkling, with tart fruit tingle acidity. A subtle and savoury delight. Low sugar and made of all natural ingredients; calamansi, pear, organic botanicals and high mountain oolong.
This is excellent stuff!
THE FERMENTARY
The Fermentary is the culmination of a life-long passion of Sharon Flynn, author of Ferment for Good and Wild Drinks. Since 2014, the Fermentary has been primarily a manufacturer of award-winning sauerkraut and kimchi, supplying Australia’s best restaurants and shops.
Their Water Kefir is made SCOBY traditionally, fermented, kept raw and unpasteurised and fermented until the organic sugar is low enough to be tangy and sour, but enough left in there to turn to glucose. (Their kefir is fed the best Australian organic raw sugar and the crispest, spring water from Franklinford).
This is a drink that has been enjoyed in many countries for generations – the residual alcohol that causes the fizz – only a problem until recently. It sits on average at 1.5% depending on the flavour.
