WELCOME TO MOULD MELBOURNE!
Back by popular demand, Australia’s favourite cheese festival, MOULD, is back in MELBOURNE, but this time we’re going big with more cheese and more producers.
MOULD brings together the best artisan producers from across the country for a day of cheese, wine, masterclasses and more.
Presented by REVEL (the team behind cult wine event Pinot Palooza) in collaboration with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese Co., MOULD will see Australia’s best cheesemakers and more come together for tastings, conversations, demonstrations and plenty of drinks.
To wash down all that delicious cheese, there will be heaps of wines, whisky, sake, beer and cider available to purchase at the bars.

NOT JUST CHEESE
Alongside the best Australian cheeses, there will also be a full food program featuring dishes from local chefs available to purchase. Vendors and menus will be revealed closer to the event.

Ticket includes all cheese tastes and
wine glass to taste from and take home.
PLEASE NOTE: You must have a valid ticket to gain priority access to all Masterclasses (announced soon).

While alcohol is available for your enjoyment at the event, be aware of your limits and consume responsibly. We have a strict ‘no dickhead’ policy. Please don’t drink and drive. All our venues are within close proximity to public transport and are accessible to taxi services. Last pours will be at 4.45pm and 8.45pm to comply with licensing requirements.
