  • We use full cold chain delivery service to ensure your cheese gets to you in excellent condition. For postcodes out of those service areas, we use StarTrack’s premium overnight service.
  • Boxes are insulated with up-cycled Planet Protector wool lining and ice blocks to ensure the cheese is cool for up to four days in transit.
  • Please ensure someone is home to collect (you’ll get a notification when it’s en route).

GRANDVEWE – Birchs Bay (Nuenonne), TAS
‘Sapphire Blue’ – blue, sheep’s milk 

Made with Penicillium Roqueforti. Aged for between 3 & 4 month. Texturally, it varies from crumbly through to smooth and creamy, but it’s pretty perfect at any point. Robust as they get but like all true artisan cheese each batch can vary in strength. A little bit spicy at times, salty and smoky. Most recently winning gold in “Australia’s Best Sheep Cheese” and bronze in “Australia’s Best Blue Cheese” at the international Cheese and Dairy Awards 2022. 

PYENGANA DAIRY – Pyengana (Pyemmairrener), TAS
‘Traditional Cloth Bound Cheddar’ – Cheddar, cow’s milk 

Matured in traditional cheese cloth in a cave-like environment for approximately 12 months. Rich & bold with earthy characteristics. Classic bity cheddar with variations in character that are determined by the season and conditions when the cheese was made. Winner of Gold Medals at the Dairy Industry of Australia, Australian Dairy Product Competition 2022 

RED COW ORGANICS – Oldina (Tommeginne), TAS
Takone Tilsit – semi hard, organic cow’s milk

Classic semi hard alpine cheese that is hand washed which allows the rind to develop its golden yellow rind. Made in Early Autumn where the cows were browsing on fresh rich clovers, chicory and plantain. Strong and earthy on the rind with tastes of fresh hay, rich with flora and savoury notes with a creamy texture. Winner of a Silver Medal at the Royal Hobart Fine Food 2022

WOOMBYE CHEESE – Sunshine Coast Hinterland (Gubbi Gubbi), QLD
‘Blackall Gold’ – washed, cow’s milk 

It has a gloriously oozy and creamy centre. It’s gold washed rind makes it a winner on the cheeseboard. A strong, pungent smell but a surprisingly mild, savoury finish that develops with age. Grand Champion of Dairy 2022 and the Royal QLD Awards
