This kit includes the required equipment needed to make your own feta (fromage blanc) at home. The following items will make the recipe over one hundred times!
Vegetarian Rennet – 50ml
Used to coagulate and thicken milk during the cheesemaking process.
Flora Danica Culture
This is the bacteria specially grown to start the transformation of milk into cheese. It turns the milk’s natural lactose sugar into lactic acid.
Dosing Syringe
Used for measuring out exact volumes of rennet. It’s very important to get the correct measurements.
Sterilising Bottle
To ensure only the right kind of bacteria is present and to avoid any possible contamination.

Pecora Feta – 150gm
Pecora Dairy, from Robertson in NSW, make unbelievable feta using raw sheep’s milk. We’ve included a piece for you to feel inspired by as you make your own for the first time!
Note: You will need to add your own good quality milk and salt. We recommend St Davids Dairy milk and Mount Zero salt.
You will also need cheesecloth and a cheese hoop (a strainer also works!) + common kitchen equipment like a bowl and ladle.
