CHEESE BOXES
We use full cold chain delivery service to ensure your cheese gets to you in excellent condition. For postcodes out of those service areas, we use StarTrack’s premium overnight service.

Boxes are insulated with up-cycled Planet Protector wool lining and ice blocks to ensure the cheese is cool for up to four days in transit. Please ensure someone is home to collect (you’ll get a notification when it’s en route).

MERCH
For all merch order with use Australia Post delivery. We dispatch once a week on a Monday.

Encompassing beaches, farmland, mountains, and lakes Gippsland is a beautiful dairy region. We love everything that comes out of Gippsland and we want to share some of our favs with you.

Multi-awarding winning cheddar that has been wrapped in cloth which allows a small rind to form. Matured between 15 and 24 months on the farm. Upfront smooth sweet notes we love in cheddar and on so lush bitey tones towards the end. Classic delicious cheddar that will never disappoint.

Delicate little soft cheese with a geotrichum rind using local milk from a Fleckvieh herd. Velvety mouthfeel with an initial brightness from the acidity of the lactic curd which then mellows to a subtle earthiness. The cheese becomes fuller and richer the longer the cheese ages.

Washed Rind

Washed regularly in a salty solution when young to develop its distinctive orange rind. As it matured its interiors moved from chalky curd to a cream-coloured smooth and soft becoming stickier and gooier as time goes on. Prepare for the beautiful stank! Think mushrooms, rich vegemitey smells, barnyard and yeasty characteristics.

Making a wild array of beers, Chris and Gab Moore take inspiration from the landscape and produce that around their home in Orbost, but from the people and community that surround them. While Gurneys Cider draws inspiration from the family’s English & Somerset heritage, Gurney’s ciders are uniquely Gippslandian. The Gurnett family continues to forage (scrump) wild apples across Gippsland to produce a small batch of ciders. Gurneys Ciders are proudly handmade in Foster, Gippsland on the family farm using apples and pears from their own orchards. At Gurney’s they keep Cider making simple and use a mix of traditional and new world production techniques

A London Dry, leading with juniper forward on the palate. Distilled with a selection of locally grown, expressive native botanicals: roasted Wattle Seed Aniseed myrtle and Mountain pepper berry. These are carefully balanced with traditional gin spices. Softness from Cinnamon and Nutmeg round out nicely with Coriander and Bergamot and progress to a full citrus finish.
