From the team at The Cheese School in Castlemaine comes a funky bark-belted soft cheese in the style of Vacherin Mont d'Or. Thin bloomy rind and an oozy interior that’s like your own personal fondue. Mildly-woodsy, creamy and nutty, becoming stronger in aroma and taste with age. When ripe, cut off the top, pop in the oven to warm. Drizzle some white wine over the top and grab some crusty bread.
