Subscriptions are charged and shipped on a monthly cycle.
On the first of each month, your credit card will be charged. On the following Monday, your order will be packed and ready for delivery.
To keep your cheese fresh we only ship on Mondays. If you have ordered on Monday or subsequent days it will be shipped the following week. Where you’re located and when you place your order will determine the day your package is dispatched.
Most cheese is shipped via cold freight to keep it in tip-top condition on its travels.
Upon confirmation that your cheese is on its ‘whey’ you will receive SMS notifications when it is near and delivered. If you are in an area where we send via StarTrack you should also receive email updates for delivery.
You’ll receive a text message when your box leaves our warehouse. Usually, you will receive your box 1-2 days after dispatch.
Outer Victoria boxes are picked up on Mondays. You should receive a text or email with your tracking number from them. These usually arrive 2-3 days later.
Sydney boxes are picked up on Mondays. You should receive a text or email with your tracking number from them. These usually arrive 3-4 days later. For the rest of NSW please allow up to 6 days.
Brisbane boxes are picked up on Mondays. You should receive a text or email with your tracking number from them. These usually arrive 3-5 days later. For the rest of Queensland please allow up to 7 days
Boxes that take the road less traveled will only be dispatched on Mondays. We want to ensure they have all week to arrive safely to you. You should receive a text or email with your tracking number from them. These usually arrive 4-7 days later.

I’M SUBSCRIBING FOR MY FIRST TIME. HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you sign up at the start of the month, you should expect the box for that month.
If you sign up within the last ten days of any month your subscription will start the next month and will continue on the regular subscription cycle (more info above).
WHICH FREIGHT COMPANY DO YOU USE?
We use Home Delivery Service for the majority of our orders however if you are out side out their delivery network we may be able to ship with StarTrack who are owned by Australia Post.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship everywhere in Australia.
Live in a regional area? We believe everyone deserves to enjoy great produce, no matter where they live and will do our best to service your area. If there are issues with regional deliveries we will offer a full refund.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
When your box is dispatched, you will receive a SMS with the tracking details.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR THE DELIVERY?
No you don’t need to be home to accept your delivery.
At check out, always include delivery instructions and recommend somewhere shady and safe where the delivery driver can leave your parcel. Some people even leave an esky on their front porch!
NOT HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY COMES?
A calling card will be left in your mailbox and your parcel will be dropped to the nearest Post Office.
You must pick up the package ASAP as this is a perishable product. Do not leave it there over the weekend. You probably need a Saturday arvo cheese board anyway, right?!
HOW LONG CAN CHEESE BE IN TRANSIT FOR?
Depending on weather, cheese will stay cool for three to four days in its Planet Protector Packaging.
We use three packing techniques to keep cheese fresh:
1 – Woolpack lining insulation regulates temperature and reduces condensation just as wool does in nature.
2-Every package is stuffed with a frozen ice-pack. Together with the Woolpack lining this can keep things cool for up to four days.
3- We seal everything tightly in a pouch to create a stable temperature inside.
PLANET PROTECTOR PACKAGING
We’re proud to be working with Planet Protector who put the earth first by creating sustainable and eco-friendly packaging.
You can help by responsibly disposing or recycling it:
– The soft brown lining is made from wool unsuitable for textile use. Remove from its plastic to compost or put in the green garden bin. The plastic can be disposed of in the soft plastics REDycle bin.
– The ice pack gel can be squeezed down the sink with running water, pop the outer into the regular recycling bin.
Visit planetprotectorpackaging.com to discover creative recycling ideas for your packaging.
MY CHEESE DOESN’T FEEL COLD WHEN I OPEN THE BOX.
We do everything we can to get the cheese to you nice and cool. The ice pack should be a good indicator of how well your cheese has traveled. If the ice pack still feels cool, your cheese should be happy and ready to pop in the fridge. If your ice pack has completely melted and the cheese feels warm, please reach out! If you’re unsure, email us at [email protected] just to be safe.
