Mould Cheese Festival is a celebration of Australian cheese, presented by Bottle Shop Concepts in partnership with Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese. The best producers from around the country, including Bruny Island, Yarra Valley Dairy, Shaw River Buffalo Cheese, That’s Amore, Grandvewe and more will showcase their produce at North Melbourne’s Meat Market with bonus cooking demonstrations, relaxed masterclasses and more.
