I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY TICKET! WHAT DO I DO?
You can try searching for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org in your inbox, if you have more than one email address do a quick search through each.
If you still can’t find it, you can contact us through Humanitix HERE
Other times when in a rush to purchase (!), some accidentally enter their email address incorrectly. Email email@example.com and we’ll search then resend. But all good, you’ll be in our system.
I CAN’T MAKE MY SESSION TIME ANYMORE, CAN I SWAP IT FOR ANOTHER?
Short answer, yes. It gets a little tricky as the event hits capacity so please pick your sesh carefully when you buy. We get it, life happens so if you really need to change time or day email firstname.lastname@example.org the session you’d like, we’ll see do what we can for you!
WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR?
More often than not this event sells out, leaving no tickets available for sale at the door. If we don’t sell out, we’ll have a handful available. We cap numbers to ensure everyone has a great time and it’s not too crazy in there. We strongly suggest buying tickets prior to guarantee good times.
WHAT?! Sold out? Is there any way that I can still get a ticket?
This event can sell out pretty quick so the best way to avoid disappointment is to get in early. Please be very careful when buying tickets off others on Facebook as scammers make it their full time job to find people looking for tickets to events that have sold out and they target Facebook Event Pages. Tixel is a safe way to purchase resale tickets online and is very easy to use.
IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
We have a strict no refund policy for our event. However, if you are wanting to sell your ticket if you are unable to attend, we recommend doing so via Tixel.
*Do not sell via Facebook Marketplace or other platforms, as scammers may be present.
DO I NEED TO PRINT THE TICKETS?
Nope! You can show the tickets on your phone. Save trees please.
PLEASE SIR, CAN I HAVE SOME MORE?
Ok, so you’ve got your ticket, nice one. As the event gets closer we’ll release a loads of info about producers, food, drinks and masterclasses. Get the inside scoop by following us on Facebook and Instagram We’re keen to get a little closer if you are *wink* join our mailing list for updates and extras.
ARE THERE ID REQUIREMENTS OR AN AGE LIMIT TO ENTER THE EVENT?
Yes. As alcohol is at the event, you must be over 18 to attend. Please bring a valid form of identification with you on the day such as a Passport or drivers license. We do allow minors into the event as long as they’re accompanied by an adult.
ARE CHILDREN PERMITTED AT THE EVENT?
This is always a tough one. Whilst the answer is ‘yes’, our events are often very busy, loud and a little hectic so not the ideal place for little people. Tasting areas can get quite busy so pram navigation will require professional skills. We suggest getting a babysitter and letting your hair down but if this isn’t an option you can bring your wee one along, they won’t need a ticket. (17 yrs and younger)
DISABILITY ACCESS AND CARERS/COMPANION CARDS.
This event does have basic disability access but just to be sure that your needs are met, please drop us a line, we’d hate for you to arrive and discover something isn’t right for you. If you have a carers or companion card we’ll happily honor it, again, just drop us an email, email@example.com.

Cash? What’s that? We proudly partner with Square who make paying with card simple. Plus it’s much faster and reduces queues on the day.
HOW CAN I HELP TO REDUCE WASTE?
We try to do our bit and seriously appreciate your help. Please bring along your own water bottle to reduce the need for plastic bottles. Seriously, the waste is gross.
TASTING, NOT DRINKING
Creating a safe, welcoming and non-intimidating event environment is what we’re all about so any inappropriate behaviour, of an intoxicated nature or not, that is dangerous to yourself and or others, is just not acceptable. We have a strict ‘no tolerance’ policy so if we witness any of the above, we reserve the right to take appropriate action and have you removed from the venue.
