MOULD IS BACK FOR 2022!
We're on track for the biggest year EVER and we mean it! This year hitting the road and visiting
BRISBANE, SYDNEY, MELBOURNE and our first ever event in TASMANIA!
Below you'll find further event details for the 2022 event campaign with not only audience demographics but sales data and more.
Not only that, but how we engage with our audience and our plans to truly enhance the experience. Plus, thanks to our MOULD Cheese Collective, we have a heap of new ways to engage with our audience.
LOOKING FORWARD TO A FESTIVAL “NORMAL” IN 2022
No, really we mean it!
2022 will see us not only return to the east coast cities but we will hit a brand new destination, TASMANIA / Hobart. With restrictions behind us (fingers crossed) we are able to get the numbers back up to what there were in 2019 plus we have secured bigger venues across the board.
What this means is even more sales on the day and a grater whey to spread the good cheese word.
HOBART
OCTOBER 21, 22 & 23
The Goods Shed, Hobart
FRIDAY: 5:00pm till 9:00pm (Note later start time for Friday)
SATURDAY: 11am till 3pm & 4pm till 8pm
SUNDAY: 11:00am - 3:00pm
Tasmania has long been on the list of places to visit and it now feels the timing is right. While not fully locked in yet, we can say we see this this event will be a combined MOULD and PINOT PALOOZA mash-up that is bound to be whey fun. For Pinot Palooza wineries, please note spots are very limited so please register your interest as we want to ensure it’s not just Tasmanian wineries.
ZERO EXHIBITOR FEES
We have spent the last number of weeks listening to your feedback, looking over budgets and trying to come up with a fair and equitable way to ensure the longevity of the event.
As we are sure you can understand, running events like this are no small feat and even now we can get back to ‘event normal’, there has been quite an incredible increase in overall production, operational and venue fees associated with putting on events like ours.We have spent the last number of weeks listening to your feedback, looking over budgets and trying to come up with a fair and equitable way to ensure the longevity of the event.
As we are sure you can understand, running events like this are no small feat and even now we can get back to ‘event normal’, there has been quite an incredible increase in overall production, operational and venue fees associated with putting on events like ours.
We also know that you too are feeling these pressures and without you, there simply is no event so, we have made the decision that there will no longer be stall fees for any exhibitor at MOULD x PALOOZA event.
COMMISSION ON SALES
There will simply be the 15% commission on sales for ALL STANDS.
ALL WINE EXHIBITORS RECEIVE:
- Listing of brandon the website directoryListing of products in theMOULD X PP cheese list Application
- Pallet bar 2.5 x 2.5 mtr space (additional styling available upon request – fees apply)
- Access to largeCOOL ROOM for back up stock plus Ice + buckets for chilling behind stands.
- MARKETING and PROMOTIONAL support via social media channels and multiple shout outs
- SOCIAL MEDIA CHEAT SHEET (to make promoting yourself in the lead up easier)
- Exhibitor Manual noting all participating requirements and links for licensing, etc.Simple stall signage
- Access to local staff if required for additional fees
ALL CHEESE EXHIBITORS RECEIVE
- Listing of brandon the website directory
- Listing of products in the MOULD X PP cheese list Application
- Pallet bar 2.5 x 2.5 mtr space (additional styling available upon request – fees apply)
- Spittoon, sneeze guard, cheese temperature checks throughout the day
- Shared Display REFRIGERATION for sales as well as access to large COOL ROOM for back up stock
- MARKETING and PROMOTIONAL support via social media channels and multiple shout outs
- SOCIAL MEDIA CHEAT SHEET (to make promoting yourself in the lead up easier)
- Exhibitor Manual noting all participating requirements and links for licensing, etc.Simple stall signage

SQUARE
SQUARE IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL REVEL EVENTS
We have partnered with the brilliant team at Square who will provide you with the most streamlined POS system around. Every stand will receive a SQUARE TERMINAL (or more depending on stand size).
All exhibitor sales will run sales through REVEL’S SQUARE account with funds transferred to your nominated bank account 48 hours post event (minus sales commissions & fees).
You will receive full sales reports post event per session. Please send us your cheese / product list 2 weeks prior to each event to ensure you’re all ready to go.
