Are you ready for a culinary adventure like no other? This November, the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival is hitting the road, and MOULD Cheese Collective is thrilled to announce that we'll be right there with them in Gippsland for their Regional Edition.

What to Expect:

Join us for an unforgettable experience that combines the rich flavours of Gippsland cheese. We've gathered a lineup of renowned cheese makers, including Prom Country Cheese, Berrys Creek, Maffra, Tarago River Cheese, and Butterfly Factory, who will showcase their exceptional cheeses.

As you step into the historic old Butter Factory, you'll be welcomed with a glass of local Gippsland hero drinks and delectable cheese toasties featuring the creamy goodness of Gippsland Jersey Butter.

This one off Meet the Maker experience takes place against the backdrop of the picturesque Kongwak Butter Factory, with contented cows grazing in the nearby pastures. Leading the way is our cheese and wine guru, Dan Sims, who will be your MC for the day. He'll be joined by Olivia Sutton of Mould Cheese Collective, formerly of Harper & Blohm, and the spotlight will be on the talented cheesemakers themselves.

What You'll Learn:

Discover the rich history and exciting future of the landmark butter factory while gaining insight into the art of cheese-making in the region. Get the inside scoop on the latest and greatest cheeses Gippsland has to offer.

Whether you're a seasoned cheese aficionado looking to delve deep into the world of CHEESE or simply seeking a delightful morning of snacking and fun, "Soft, Semi, Hard, Stinky" has everything you need to satisfy your cravings.
