It is with much excitement, relief, and pure happiness that we can (finally) share with with you new dates for the festival you know and love.

It goes without saying this year has been a tough one, especially for those who bring people together, but with borders opening and restrictions easing, we can begin planning MOULD- A CHEESE FESTIVAL in earnest.

The overwhelming patience and support you’ve shown us will never be forgotten and it has honestly meant the world.


Even more good news is that session numbers will be restricted to adhere to social distancing and other covid requirements. And frankly, we think less numbers will actually create an even better event experience.

Please be assured, the health and safety of everyone who attends our events – our guests, our producers, our suppliers and our staff – remains our top priority. We will be strictly following government and public health organisations guidelines.

All pre-purchased MOULD tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you cannot make the new date, you’ll have a few choices: you can use your ticket as credit towards one of our other REVEL events, use the value of your ticket towards a MOULD CHEESE COLLECTIVE box, or you can request a refund. A cheese day out like no other, MOULD – A CHEESE FESTIVAL celebrates the best in Australian cheese – showcasing the gooey, the stinky, the soft and the hard.

Drawing the cream of Australia’s cheesemaking community, this much-anticipated annual cheese outing invites you to explore, meet, learn, drink, and of course, eat some of the best cheese money can buy.

Established in Melbourne in 2017, MOULD has drawn thousands of eager cheese lovers since its inception, who’ve consumed more than 4 tonnes of cheese from over 30 of the best specialty cheesemakers in the country.

Presented by REVEL (the team behind cult wine event Pinot Palooza), in collaboration with award-winning cheesemaker Nick Haddow of Bruny Island Cheese Co., MOULD seeks to connect audiences with artisan Australian cheesemakers and show them a good time while demonstrating the incredible quality and breadth of our cheese industry.
